工作满意度和沟通满意度的实证研究

摘    要:定量分析了出租车行业内具有不同个体特征的员工对工作满意度和沟通满意度,证明了两者之间的正相关关系及因果关系.进而讨论了员工的个体特征在工作满意度和沟通满意度两方面的差异表现及成因.

Abstract:The significant differences of job and communication satisfaction in employees with different personal characteristics were discussed. Based on this work, empirical study was adopted to detect the causality of job and communication satisfaction. Furthermore, the differenceexhibitions and causes of different employees were studied.
