基于Multi-Agent信号峰频逆源技术研究

摘    要:在储罐中为了识别到达传感器波的主要模式,开展了将Multi-Agent理论与声发射检测技术结合,并基于岩石中声波传播频散和衰减经验,推演出适用于储罐底板的声源峰频计算公式。通过多传感器线性阵列和圆形阵列声发射实验测试,频率推演能获得准确的源峰值频率值。通过反推声源峰值频率可以推断声源的特性,从而提高评价结果的准确性。与声源峰值频率真值相比,多阵列计算获得结果的误差要低于单阵列逆源结果,反映了Multi-Agent技术用于声源逆源的优势。线性阵列与圆形阵列实验计算得出的声源峰值频率误差均在5%以内,说明该算法准确性很高,可以用于反推声源的峰值频率,对于储罐声发射检测与评价具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to identify the main model of wave received by sensors, this paper has carried out that combining the theory of Multi-Agent and Acoustic Emission(AE) detection technology, the formulas suitable for tank bottom plate is deduced to calculate acoustic source frequency based on the experience that the acoustic wave frequency dispersion and attenuation in rock. In the linear and circular array AE experiments, the backward deducing result of peak frequency shows that the formulas are valuable. By backward deducing the peak frequency of sound source, we can conclude the characteristics of the sound source, So as to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results. Comparing to the true value of source peak frequency,the result from multiple array deducing is more accurate than the single array,which shows the advantage of Multi-Agent technique on acoustic source inverse method. Also, the error in each experiment is less than 5% shows that this inverse method is useful for backward deducing acoustic source peak frequency. For tank acoustic emission testing and evaluation, it has a certain application value.
