摘    要:考虑碳氢燃料在高温高压下的分配受到燃料可压缩性带来的影响,提出了一个含有两路喷嘴的非稳态流量分配模型来计算分配比例。针对喷嘴切换时阀门自身有一个动态过程,建立了阀门开度控制数学模型来表征开度变化的动态过程。结合两个模型模拟了高温下喷嘴切换时间对流量分配时的管道动态特性带来的影响。计算结果表明:喷嘴切换会对系统压力、质量流量、油温等状态量产生扰动影响,扰动幅度与切换的时间间隔成正比;初步揭示了在流量分配过程中的喷嘴切换规律,为流量分配方案的设计提供依据。

Abstract:Consider the influence on distribution of hydrocarbon fuels at high pressure and temperature caused by the fuel compression,proposed a non-steady-state flow distribution model to calculate the distribution proportion which containing two-way nozzle. For the valve itself has a dynamic process when switchingnozzle,a mathematical model of the valve opening degree control was developed to characterize the dynamics while change the opening degree.Itsimulates the impact on distribution by switching the spraynozzleunder high temperature conditions.The results show thatnozzle switching will bring perturbation to system pressure ,mass flow rate,oil temperature, and other variables,the perturbation amplitude is proportional to the switching intervaltime.It revealed the rules of nozzle switching in the process of distributingwhich provide the basis for the design offlow distribution.
