| Abstract: | The Two-year Laws of Zhangjiashan Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty is the collection of codes of the early Western Han Dynasty,which reflected some principles for criminal punishment laws in the early Han Dynasty systematically.In these principles of criminal punishment,some crimes would be severer punished,such as offend the imperial power,violation of human relations,crime of group theft,and crimes committed by officials. |
