摘    要:骨外固定技术是治疗四肢畸形和肢体创伤等疑难骨科杂症常用方法.针对现有骨外固定架组件选择困难、操作复杂、可调节空间有限等问题,通过增加平连接片与Z形连接片对Taylor空间支架优化,提高了支架的灵活性和实用性.利用6个位置参数建立运动学模型并求解正解、逆解,正解的条件数据与逆解的结果数据之间的相对误差小于0.01%,验证了运动学模型的正确性和准确性.此外,利用MATLAB对该骨外固定架的位置工作空间和方向工作空间进行了仿真,可帮助外科医生选择合适的骨架组件尺寸.运动学分析为该骨外固定架在骨科治疗中的应用提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Technology of bone external fixation has been widely used in the treatment of difficult orthopedic miscellaneous diseases such as limb deformities and limb trauma. The difficulty in components selection, complex operation and limited adjustable space of the existing external bone fixation frame are urgent problems that need to be solved. In this paper, the Taylor space bracket is optimized by adding flat connecting pieces and Z-shaped connecting pieces, which helps improve the flexibility and practicability of the bracket. Specifically, the kinematics model is established by using 6 position parameters to solve the positive and inverse solutions. The relative error between the conditional data of the positive solution and the result data of the inverse solution is less than 0.01%, which verifies the correctness and accuracy of the kinematics model. In addition, Matlab is used to simulate the position and orientation workspace of the bone external fixator, which can help the surgeon choose the appropriate size of the fixator component. Kinematic analysis provides a theoretical basis for the application of the external bone fixator in orthopedic treatment.
