矿区资源环境安全评价与空间决策支持系统

摘    要:讨论了矿区资源环境安全评价与空间决策支持系统构建的意义、特点、内涵、目标、技术路线及总体框架,以及资源环境安全的评价指标体系及评价方法。提出以 GIS、RS、GPS 为信息数据采集手段,GIS 为平台、模型库与决策支持系统为核心构成整个评价与空间决策支持系统。据此对矿区资源环境安全进行动态的评价、模拟和预测,并做出调控决策。

Abstract:The significance, the characteristic, the connotation, the goal, the technique route and the framework of safety appraisal and spatial decision support system(SDSS)of mining area resource and environment are discussed in this paper.The indicator and the method of appraisal for resource and environmental safety are also put forward. The paper proposes using GIS as the platform, GIS, RS, GPS as the information data gathering means, and Model storehouse and DSS form the core of the whole assessment and spatial decision support system, on dynamic appraisal, simulation and prediction of safety for resource and environment of mining area are carried out, then decision is made to adjust and control.
