| 摘 要： | 为给饲料搅拌机的设计和试验研究提供理论依据,本文分析了立式TMR饲料搅拌机的结构、特点及其混合原理,对其相关部件的参数进行了设计,特别时其核心部件——锥形搅龙的结构参数及其工艺参数进行了理论分析,据此设计丁立式TMR饲料搅拌机试验样机,并确定了搅龙结构参数与搅龙转速之间的相互关系,通过分析确定了在给定的搅龙结构参数下,搅龙的临界转速范围为27～68r／mim转速。
