| 摘 要： | 上海合作组织成立以来各成员国家之间的交流不断扩大。体育作为一种重要的文化交流方式对于促进各国之间的交流有着重要的意义,新疆在这方面有着特殊的优越条件。本文从新疆的特殊地理位置和文化传统入手,提出要促进新疆与上述国家在上海合作组织的框架下进行体育交流,促进新疆体育的发展,增进中国与上海合作组织成员国家的友谊,推进上海合作组织的发展。

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),exchanges among members of SCO has been expanding constantly.As an important method of cultural communication,sports has a signifcient meaning.Xinjiang has special convenient conditions in this aspect.Starting with the special geographical position and cultural tradition of Xinjiang,this paper put forward that we should promote the sports exchange between and Xinjiang and the above countries in the framework of SCO,improve the sports development of Xinjiang,enhance the friendship between China and the other members of SCO,and promote the development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. |
