同心环形缝隙流理论研究

摘    要:在液压技术问题的分析,研究和工程计算中,经常要用到流体力学中的同心环形缝隙流理论,即流量—压力差公式Q=πdh3Δp/12μL;而通常的研究中并未对这一公式由来作过严格的数学分析,只是根据平行板(平面)压差流理论作出变通分析而得出的结论。针对上述情况,引用粘性流体力学的普通方程——Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程在圆柱坐标系中形式,考虑到同心环形缝隙流中粘性刀为主导条件,忽略惯性力和质量(重)力,并考虑到流动的对称性,得出了流体运动微分方程,并进一步推导了速度分布和流量压差方程,得出与传统理论相异的结论,供进一步研究作参考。

Abstract:The concentric ring slit flow theory of fluid mechanics ,which is flow rate and pressure difference formula ,is usually used for analysis, research and engineering calculation in hydraulics problems, but the formula origin in general references which is based on the ordinary analysis of parallel plate (plain) pressure flow theory is not refined mathematics analysis .With a view to the above case, the fluid motion differential equation is educed by citing the general equation-Navier-Stokes(N-S) form in the cylindrical coordinate axis ,considerating the principal condition of viscosity in the concentric ring slit flow and fluid symmetry, omitting inertia and mass(gravity) force .It is concluded that the fluid motion differential equation differs from the traditional theory by further deducing velocity distribution and flow rate and pressure difference equations. All these can be taken as the reference for further research.
