支气管哮喘的甲襞微循环改变

摘    要:目的 :探讨微循环的改变与支气管哮喘的相关性。方法 :选择 36例正常对照组与 49例支气管哮喘发作期患者 ,进行甲襞微循环检查 ,根据加权积分法计算出支气管哮喘甲襞微循环形态、流态、袢周及总积分之间的关系。结果 :哮喘组与正常对照组比较 ,血液流态、管周状态及总积分均高于对照组 ,有显著性差异。结论 :支气管哮喘患者在发病过程中同时伴有微循环障碍 ,微循环的改变与病情的发生发展有密切的关系

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to search for the relation between changes of nailfold microcirculation and bronchial asthma. Methods: We assessed the nailfold microcirculation of 36 healthy subjects and 49 patients with bronchial asthma, we observed nailfold microcirculation shape, blood flow pattern and vascular shape, and calculated the total indexes. Results: The study showed a significant decrease of many indexes of microcirculation in bronchial asthma groups, comparing with those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Patients with bronchial asthma showed the dysfunction of microcirculation. There is a close relationship between the changes in nailfold microcirculation and the disease development.
