| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察微粒化非诺贝特对老年人血脂的疗效。方法 :用微粒化非诺贝特 2 0 0 mg,每晚一次 ,共用 8周。结果 :治疗 4周后胆固醇 (TC) ,甘油三酯 (TG)分别降至 2 0 .5 %和 6 0 .4% (P<0 .0 1) ,治疗 8周后高密度脂蛋白 (HDL- C)上升 33.3% (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :微粒化非诺贝特是老年高脂血症的有效降脂药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effects of micronized fenofibrate on blood-lipid in old patients with hyperlipemia. Methods: micronized fenofibrate 200mg was given every night for 8 week. Results: The serum total cholesterol(TC) and triglycerides(TG) decreased by 20.5%、by 60.4% at the end of the 4th weeks respectively(P<0.01). The serum HDL-C increased by 33.3% at the end of the 8th week(P<0.05)。 Conclusion: Micronized fenofibrate is effective for treatment of hyperlipemia in old patients. |
