| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察绿茶素对荷瘤小鼠治疗前后红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :将移植 S1 80 实体瘤的昆明种小鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,并设一正常组 ,灌胃给药 ,检测肿瘤红细胞花环率。结果 :对照组肿瘤红细胞花环率与正常组相比显著降低 ;治疗组肿瘤红细胞花环率与对照组相比显著提高。结论 :荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫功能比健康小鼠低 ,绿茶素能提高荷瘤小鼠机体的红细胞免疫功能

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the change of red cell immune function of mice with tumor ofter the therapy of green tea pigment. Methods:The mice with S 180 solid carcinoma were randomly allocated into two groups——treatment group and control group; and a normal group was arranged.All were treated orally with drug. The rate of tumor erythrocyte rosstte was eletected. Results:The rate of tumer erythrocyte rosstte in control group was obviously lower than that in the normal group,The rate of tumer erythrocyte rosstte in treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:The red cell immune function of mice with tumor was lower than that of the healthy one. The green tea pigment can improve the immune function of red cells in mice with tumor. |
