热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的微相分离

摘    要:研究热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的微相分离对提高其性能具有重要意义。聚氨酯弹性体的微相分离程度直接影响着弹性体的热性能及机械性能等 ,Krause理论对—(A-B)— n 型聚合物较为适用。文章综述了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体微相分离的理论、影响因素以及与主要性能的关系 ,介绍了微相分离研究的最新进展。

Abstract:The study of microphase separation is very important to the promotion of the properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers, and it has been found that the degree of microphase separation of the elastomers has direct influence on its properties such as thermal property, mechanical property and so on. The theory of Krouse is comparatively suitable to the study of (A-B)n polymer. This paper makes a review of the theories of such microphase separation, the influencing factors and effects on the properties of the elastomers as well as the latest development in the study of microphase separation.
