电动汽车动力电池的热效应模型

摘    要:综述了国内外电池热效应模型的研究进展,归纳总结了动力电池热效应模型通用的建立方法及参数确定的计算或实验过程. 基于一系列简化和假设,建立方程并确定相关参数,建立模型. 结合所进行的电池热效应研究工作,提出改进电池热效应模型的意见,在模型建立中采用微量热仪对热量产生速率进行精确测定代入模型,并在实验中验证模型改进的效果,实验验证表明,模型的计算结果与实验结果吻合.

Abstract:Thermal model can be used to analyze and predict the thermal behavior of batteries for electrical vehicles.Based on recent research on thermal model of batteries,this paper provides a general method to develop thermal model for electrical vehicle batteries,and the determination of parameters through calculation or experiment.An equation based on a series of assumptions is established and solved.Parameters of the model are thus determined,and modeling completed.Incorporating present research on the thermal behavior of Ni/MH battery,suggestions are put forward to improve the thermal model.The application of microcalorimeter in experiments to measure heat generation rate precisely is proved to be effective in experiments.Result of calculation matched the experimented result very well.
