| 摘 要： | 为了探讨海岛析产量性状与品质性状的相互关系,通过测定海岛棉新海3号×吉扎82的181个F2∶3家系的7个产量性状和7个纤维品质性状,利用统计分析软件对其进行典型相关分析和通径分析,以明确其产量性状与品质性状之间的相互关系。结果表明:育种中选择高衣分的材料不仅可以提高皮棉产量,而且可以间接地增加纤维上半部平均长度、纤维伸长率、比强度,降低马克隆值,这有利于主要纤维品质性状的提高,但会降低纤维整齐度。产量各性状对皮棉产量的通径分析结果可知,无论是直接通经系数还是最后的净效应值,其作用均是单株铃数衣分单铃重,偏重单株铃数和衣分的选择,将有利于海岛棉产量的提高。品质性状的通径分析结果可见,比强度、整齐度和长度是影响纤维品质的最重要因素。
