摘    要:讨论了钻井泥浆泵阀的失效机理,提出影响泵阀寿命的2个主要因素是阀的冲击造成的阀的疲劳点蚀和由泥浆液的刺蚀、犁沟造成的冲蚀磨损。针对钻井泵现场工况,采用声信号进行诊断,泵阀声信号的特征是信噪比低、冲击信号丰富、故障信息的时域特征明显和非平稳性。因此通过对声信号的小波降噪处理,突出了泵阀失效的故障特征,Fourier分析很难达到这样的效果,说明小波分析对这类信号的消噪有着Fourier分析不可比拟的优点,同时通过消噪也为进一步诊断中特征量的提取奠定了基础。

Abstract:The failure mechanism of the valve of drilling pump is described in this paper. Two main factors which affect the lifetime including fatigue pitting and erosive wear of the surface layers of the pump valve. The sound signal is employed to diagnose the fault of the pump valve to be suitable for the real working environment. The signal of the pump valve has the characteristics of low signal noise ratio, large number of impulse components, and distinct feature in time domain and non stationary property. Hence after this signal is de noised by the wavelet, the fault feature of the pump valve becomes visible and easy to be extracted. This method demonstrates that wavelet analysis is more suitable than Fourier transform for tackling the fault signal of the pump valve.
