基于模糊PID的连铸结晶器电液伺服系统研究

摘    要:为提高铸机结晶器伺服系统的响应速度,减小超调量,针对常规PID控制器参数整定不良,性能欠佳问题,结合模糊控制技术,设计了一种基于模糊控制与PID控制相结合的模糊PID控制器.通过MATLAB对该系统进行仿真研究表明:该控制系统稳态精度高,动态响应速度快,超调量小,满足结晶器伺服系统的工作要求,对设计同类系统提供了参考依...

Abstract:In order to improve the response speed and decrease the initial value of the continuous casting machine,a kind of PID controller with fuzzy self-adjusting function was designed on the basis of fuzzy control technique.The simulation in fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab was done.The result shows that the fuzzy controller can improve the accuracy and stability of the system and meet the job requirements of the servo system.
