| 摘 要： | 通过对甘肃小城镇地震成灾机制的特点、抗震能力的调查与综合分析,认为自然环境、社会经济、城镇基础设施、民众文化素质等,是甘肃小城镇地震成灾机制的主要元素,也是做好甘肃小城镇防震减灾的关键.为小城镇综合防震减灾提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | Small towns of Gansu province are quickly developing,but they face high risks of earthquakes.A comprehensive investigation and analysis is made on how to strengthen the capabilities to fight the earthquake disasters,based on the research of the specific characteristics of small towns.We hold that the causative elements are:natural environment,social-economy,urban infrastructure and public cultural quality.These elements are crucial for earthquake disaster mitigation. |
