柔性铰链微位移放大机构的研究

摘    要:针对积层式压电驱动器的输出位移行程过小的缺点,提出了一种柔性铰链微位移放大机构.从理论出发对单轴柔性铰链进行分析,建立转角刚度的数学模型,得到相应的结构参数对其性能的影响规律和理论上的解析表达式,利用有限单元法对理论模型进行对比验证,得出单轴柔性铰链设计的一般规律.为压电伺服阀阀芯运动机构的设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:A mechanism of magnifying micro displacement by using flexure hinges is proposed.Then the design method and the corresponding design parameters on the performance of one-axis flexure hinge are discussed.The model using the finite element method,is established and the general rale of one-axis flexure design is obtained.The work is useful for the application in the mechanism of the piezoelectrical servo valve.
