| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江科技学院30年的办学回顾,总结了办学体会:必须坚持科学发展,必须坚持以人为本,必须坚持改革创新,必须坚持依法治校,必须坚持党的领导。在分析当前高等教育的时代背景基础上,提出在现阶段及相当一段时期内实现校第二次党代会目标的路径可以用"特色+品牌"战略集中表达,"国际化、应用型"为"特色+品牌"的"经",是学校人才培养、大学建设的特色元素;质量工程、人才工程、合作工程、文化工程为"特色+品牌"的"纬",是学校实现战略目标的重要平台和抓手。"经"和"纬"相互交织、相互渗透、互为促进,便是学校实现全面建设特色鲜明的高水平应用型大学的有效途径。
