摘    要:从微观角度对管壁与流体问相互作用的性质、大小作了深入的理论探讨.将四氟乙烯一六氙丙烯共聚物、聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯三种有机高分子材料的管材作为试验管路,并与一般钢管的水力性质进行了对比.水力摩阻试验结果表明,当管壁对流体而言为可润湿型表面时,流体的沿程阻力损失主要由流体的内部摩阻特性所决定,它服从于目前公认的一般流体力学规律;当管壁对流体而言是不润湿型表面时,流体的流动固有其独特的规律.在管径较大时,不润湿型表面的管路有明显的减阻效果;当管径减小到一定程度后,其水力摩阻反而增大.在各种属于低能表面的有机高分子材料中,含氟塑料管的表面较难润湿,这对于防粘附、防腐蚀和减小水力摩阻.有着独特的优越性.

Abstract:In this paper, the interaction between pipe and fluid is theorically discussed. Pipes made from three kinds of organic materials and steel were tested. When the pipe diameter is large and pipe surface is wetable to fluid, the flow resistance becomes lower than the normal one. The resistance becomes larger while the pipe diameter is small. The experimental result showed that fluoroplastics pipe surface is difficult to be wetted. It can reduce the flow resistance, pipe corrossion and fluid adhesion.
