| 摘 要： | 国家高度重视农民工问题,各级地方政府也积极开展了一些工作,但农民工思想政治工作还存在诸多困难和问题。文章结合调查研究的情况,分析农民工思想政治工作在思想认识、工作队伍、工作主体、工作内容、工作方法、工作环境等方面存在的突出问题和困难;从国家层面、社会层面、群体层面分析农民工思想政治工作存在困难和问题的深层次原因。
