U71Mn轨钢低周疲劳寿命的研究

摘    要:通过对U71 Mn轨钢材料低周疲劳的试验,建立了Manson-Coffin关系式,从而为估算U71 Mn轨铜的低周疲劳寿命提供了依据,并根据尖锐缺口裂纹萌生的常规试验,提出了反映尖锐缺口曲率影响的弹塑性疲劳缺口系数K_f~p,据此建立了K_f~p与缺口裂纹萌生寿命N_i的关系.用这种方法同样可以预测材料的低周疲劳寿命.计算表明,两种方法的计算误差在10%以内.

Abstract:In this paper, the low cyclic fatigue test for U71 Mn rail steel has been completed and the wellknown Manson-coffin relationship established for estimating the low cyclic fatigue life. Based on the fatigue initiation test for a set of sharp notch specimens, the fatigue notch factor K_f~p, which can reflect the curvature effect of sharp notch, has been proposed and the relation between K_f~p and crack initiation life of notch has been acquired. Then, the low cyclic fatigue life of U71 Mn rail can be estimated. The results obtained by these two approaches show that the calculated error between them is within 10%.
