| 摘 要： | 本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳，分析了黄河鲤鱼Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓ ｃａｒｐｉｏｈａｅｍａｔｏｐｔｅｒｕｓ的脑、肝、心、肾、肌、眼六种器官的乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）同工酶。结果表明：在不同器官中乳酸脱氢酶同工酶存在着明显的组织特异性；比较黄河鲤鱼与鲤鱼Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓ Ｃａｒｐｉｏ Ｌ．及其它鲤科鱼类乳酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱，除它们的酶谱相似外，黄河鲤鱼乳酸脱氢酸同工酶表现有一定的特异性，这种特异性可能是

| Abstract: | By using polypropylene-amide erect-board electrophoresis,this paper has given ananalysis about LDH isizyme of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus there are in some tissues such asliver,brain,heart,kidney,muscle and eye.In various tissues there are evident tissues-specific expres-slon in Cyprinus carpio haematopterus. comparative the LDH isozyme band with Cyprinus carpio and oth-er Cyprinidae are alike but there is a special difference of LDH isozyme in cyprinus carpiohaematopterus,it is a adaptation in The Yellow River. |
