| 摘 要： | 21世纪我国扶贫开发进入了新的阶段。这对贫困山区金秀的稳定脱贫、可持续发展以及生态环境等方面提出了更高的要求。该文阐述了金秀稳定脱贫与可持续发展所面临的问题,分析了区域反贫困所依托的优势资源,并提出了反贫对策。

| Abstract: | In the 21 st century,the work of alleviating poverty has entered a new phase in China.The work of alleviating poverty will become more demanding,while keeping balance between sustainable development and ecological environment.This paper analyses the difficulties that Jinxiu encounters in alleviating poverty and keeping sustainable development.It also discusses local resources supporting Jinxiu to become rich and puts forward some countermeasures. |
