| 摘 要： | 探讨了农村劳动力本地化转移模式的基本内容,运用SWOT分析法分析农村劳动力本地化转移所具有的优势、劣势以及所面临的机会和威胁,并从政策支持、大力发展乡镇经济、提高劳动者素质等方面探讨加快农村劳动力本地化转移的措施。农村劳动力本地化转移对于统筹城乡发展具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic contents of the localization transfer mode of rural labors,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the localization transfer by using SWOT Analysis and investigates the measures of speeding up the transfer of rural labors from policy support,developing rural economy and improving the quality of workers.The localization transfer of rural labors plays an important role in the co-ordination of urban and rural development. |
