“双一流”背景下高校工科人才队伍建设——以清华大学精密仪器系为例

 高校人才队伍建设工作对国家“双一流”战略规划具有非常重要的作用,影响到中国高等教育各项事业的长足发展及高校综合改革的推进,是提升高校核心竞争力和可持续发展能力的重中之重。以清华大学精密仪器系为例,分析了目前高校工科院系在人才队伍建设中遇到的一些困境,从高层次人才引进、人才队伍培养、人才服务工作等方面,探讨了与世界一流大学和一流学科相匹配的工科人才队伍建设的方法和途径。

Personnel team construction in engineering departments in the context of “Double First-Class” initiative: A case study of Department of Precision Instrument,Tsinghua University

Personnel team construction plays an very important role in national "Double First Class" initiative, with an impact on the development of the college education and the progress of the national college education reform. Personnel is the key to enhance the core competitiveness and the sustainable development of university departments. This paper analyzes and summarizes some difficulties in college personnel team construction, with a case study of Department of Precision Instrument in Tsinghua University, in terms of the high level talent introduction, the personnel team training, the office functions in personnel service, and so on. Also, this paper explores the way of college engineering department personnel team construction to build world-class universities.
