| Abstract: | The lack of systematic and effective vocational guidance is one of the import reasons for the severe employment situation. By reflecting on the problems existing in the vocational guidance work in higher vocational and technical colleges, the paper further analyzes the causes of the problems and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation and development of vocational guidance work. |
