摘    要:通过国际金融课程研讨式教学实践,发现课堂内外的研讨和交流对学生创新思维的培养具有积极的促进作用:从知识的掌握到完成典型工作任务能力的提高,再到创造性解决问题,学生间、师生间的交流功不可没。因此引导学生积极参与讨论是根据职业典型工作任务设定的问题,促进学生在课堂内外的交流与合作成为课堂教学改革的路径之一。

Abstract:The thesis studies the role of discussion and communication in cultivating the students" creative thinking. It finds that the discussion and communication could develop students" creative thinking in the International Finance class. Discussion and communication could help students to master the knowhow, and to finish the professional tasks, and to resolve problem creatively. Thus, by discussion and communication among the students can be adopted as a new teaching approach to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
