高硅氧复合材料声学特性检测研究

摘    要:作用自己研制的超声波扫描检测系统对高硅氧复合材料试块进行了多次检测,取得了该材料的一些声学特征值,为继续深入的研究高硅氧复合材料性能提供了一些可靠依据;同时也检测出了该材料中的缺陷、隐患和局部密度不均匀.从缺陷成像轮廓的清晰度看,超声C扫描可以定量检测出高硅氧复合材料中的许多缺陷.

Abstract:Some acoustic parameters of glass fiber are obtained through measuring the high-silicon-Oxygen specimens with ultra phonic scanning system developed by the papers authors. Which can provide reliable foundation for further study of the characteristics of the material. The defects and the no unifonnity of coal density of the glass fiber are also detected and measured by means of the system. According to the sharp outline of the defects, mealy defects of the material are inspected quantitatively with the ultvaphonic C scanning.
