船舶管子加工CAPP系统关键技术的研究

摘    要:针对船舶管子加工工艺设计的特点,对TRIBON数据提取、工艺设计神经网络模型等进行了研究,设计了基于BP网络的管子加工CAPP系统,解决了管子加工小票和加工明细表自动生成问题.提出的数据提取方法能够满足CAPP系统信息自动输入的需要,知识推理模型准确地表示了管子加工工艺知识,便于运用神经网络进行工艺决策,BP网络结构模型设计合理,克服了以专家系统为理论基础的智能型CAPP的缺点.

Abstract:Aiming at the planning characteristics of the ship pipe machining process, the method of data extration from TRIBON and artificial neural network (ANN) model in process planning are studied. An intelligent ship pipe machining CAPP has been developed to slove auto-generation problem of pipe sketching and machining list. The data extration method of pipe machining can meet the needs for information auto inputting in CAPP. Knowledge reasoning models based on ANN and BP neural network structure are provided. The former can express pipe machining method selection,while the second makes the design satisfactory. This method overcomes the shortcomings of conventional CAPP expert system.
