科学人才观的理论渊源与逻辑理性

On the Theoretic Origin and Logical Reasonability of Scientific View of Talents

This paper began with a summary on the view of talents descended from our Marxist revolutionary mentors to the three generations of our Party leaders. By analyzing this theoretic origin in the light of logical reasonability, value and instrumental rationality, the paper stated that scientific view of talents has become the new sector for academic growth for the important thought of ＂Three Represents＂ since the 16~ National Congress of Communist Party of China, therefore embodies the up-to-date Marxism that the CPC envisions. It displayed CPC＇s efforts to enrich the strategy of economic and social development with the emancipation of the mind and productivity, and ultimately liberate the potential of human talents, therefore ensure the concrete foundation of the CPC＇s people-oriented ideology.
