基于AutoCAD环境下的圆锥齿轮三维模型建立

摘    要:用圆弧线代替渐开线,在AutoCAD环境下,可用Autolisp语言编程在计算机上实现直齿锥齿轮参数化三维建模.使用该研究成果,只需加载Autolisp程序,输入模数、齿数、齿轮分度圆锥角等参数,便可以自动生成直齿圆锥齿轮的三维模型.该方法用较简单、易记的几个常用参数即可构造出圆锥齿轮的三维模型.

Abstract:This paper introduced a parametric three-dimensional modeling approach that with involutes instead of arcs,Autolisp programming language should be adopted in the AutoCAD environment to implement bevel gear.Using this method,three-dimensional straight bevel gear model can be automatically generated simply by loading the Autolisp program,putting in the parameters such as modules,teeth,gears,and sub-degree cone angles.Only a few relative simple common parameters easy to remember can be used to construct three-dimensional bevel gear models.
