团体辅导对贫困大学生自我表露与心理健康的影响

本研究选取60名贫困大学生为被试（实验组与对照组各30人）,对实验组进行为期8周的团体心理辅导。旨在探讨团体心理辅导对提高贫困大学生自我表露、自尊与心理健康水平的效果。结果发现：团体辅导前,实验组与对照组自我表露得分、自尊得分及SCL-90得分均无显著差异;辅导后,两组间差异均达到显著水平（P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.001）。本研究表明：团体心理辅导可显著提高贫困大学生自我表露、自尊与心理健康水平,是贫困大学生心理健康教育的有效方式。

Effect of the Group Counseling on Self-expression and Mental Health of Impoverished Undergraduates

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of group counseling on improving the self-disclosure,self-esteem and mental health of impoverished undergraduates.60 impoverished undergraduates were selected as subjects（the experimental group and control group 30 respectively）.30 impoverished undergraduates of the experimental group were adopted for 8 weeks of group counseling,The results showed before group counseling,scores of self-disclosure questionnaire,self-esteem scale and SCL-90 were of no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group;after group counseling,the difference of both groups are significant（P 0.05,P 0.01,P 0.001）.This study shows that： group counseling which is the efficient way of mental health education for impoverished undergraduates can obviously improve the self-disclosure,self-esteem and mental health level.
