摘    要:黑杨派3个无性系的盆栽涝渍试验表明,土壤渍水时3个无性系苗木基茎韧皮部的PAL活力和有机物含量与对照相比都有明显差异。根据在渍水时苗木基茎韧皮部的PAL活力大小和苗木生长指标的综合衡量,3个无性系的耐渍能力大小是新无性系105杨〉351杨〉母本I-69杨。105杨受涝20d仍具有抗涝能力,但受涝时间延续到40d,则超出其忍受范围,致命苗木体内出现代谢紊乱,各种有机物含量异常,PAL活力超常升高,苗

Abstract:Pot planting experiments of 3 poplar clones from Aigeiros section under waterlogging condition showed that, in comparison respectively with their controls, the activities of phenylalarine ammonialyase(PAL) and the contents of organic components in the basal stem phloem of all clones tested changed obviously. By comprehensive consideration of the growth indice and the PAL activity in the basal stem phloem of the clones under waterlogging condition, the sequence of waterlogging endurance for the clones tested is new clone NL 80105>new clone NL 80351>maternal plant I 69. The NL 80105 clone still has endurance against flooding within 20 days, but suffers injury by the flooding lasted 40 days which has exceeded its endurance limit. In this case the metabolism within the plant was confused, the contents of various organic components were abnormal, the PAL activity increased and the plant growth decreased significantly. With a certain range of waterlogging and flooding, the PAL activity could be adopted as a physiological index of the waterlooging and flooding endurance for the poplar clones.
