应用模糊综合评判法对液固两相流泵磨损程度的研究

摘    要:针对目前评价液固两相流泵磨损程度的方法在定量分析方面存在的不足,应用二级综合评判法建立了包手运行、介质,结构各环节及其各环节对泵磨损类型的因素体系,确立了泵磨损的模糊分类等级对应分值,构造了磨损模糊关系矩阵。

Abstract:The quantitative analysis of liquid solid two phase flow pump wear is improved by application of a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A multi factor system is established; it includes all wear behavior such as running, medium, structure and their wear types. The wear grades and corresponding interval values are determined. A fuzzy matrix is structured. The definition of evaluation pump wear severity is given. Applicability range of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is also given.
