摘    要:根据密封盖的性能指标和战术要求,选择玻璃纤维布为材料,设计结构。基于失效准则和损伤演化规律,利用有限元方法进行了火箭弹冲破穿透密封盖和燃气流冲击密封盖的数值仿真。分析了六种密封盖方案,掌握了破裂效果和规律。得到了能沿预设撕裂线方向破裂,满足引信体的安全性和可靠性要求;不产生碎片,不会对干扰到后续弹的发射;能承受邻管发射时燃气流冲击的密封盖。

Abstract:The glass fiber cloth was taken as material,the structure for the sealing cover was designed according to performance index and operational requirements.Based on the failure criteria and damage evolution law,the numerical simulation of the sealing cover penetrated through by rocket and impacted from combustion gas flow were carried out by the Finite Element Method.Calculate six different Structures of the sealing cover,the fracture effects were mastered.The sealing cover was obtained which could fracture along the tearing line,the safety and reliability of the fuze were satisfied,no fragment was produced,the launch of subsequent rockets would not be interfered.The sealing cover would not be destroyed by impact force of combustion gas flow when adjacent pipe launching rocket.
