重庆高校高水平运动队发展模式的研究——基于SWOT分析的视角

基于文献资料、专家咨询及自我诊断方法等,根据重庆市自身的发展特点,对重庆市高校高水平运动队发展模式从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四个方面进行探讨.研究表明:优势条件(科研和竞赛)明显不足,劣势相对较大(项目设置、目标定位等),机会与威胁(政策、市场化及生源质量等)并重,并进一步对以上四个方面进行了矩阵分析,探讨可供重庆市高校高水平运动队发展的模式,以理顺各种要素之间的关系,并提出合理化选择模式,为本地区高校高水平运动队建设提供有益参考.

Research on the Development of High-level Sports Teams in Chongqing

The high-level sports team of college is an important trends in modern training and branch for talent development of colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it is also an achievement for sports training and education. But, recalling the achievements and experience, there are some places where there are some weak points. Thus, on the methods of literature, expert and SWOT, this article analyzed the patterns from four aspects for high-level sports teams, they are strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. The result shows that strength is inadequate, weakness is very large, opportunity and threats are being exist-ing. For further discussing, the author analyzed a matrix and model for developing high-level sports team, by which, it is hoped that it can provide a reference for the development of high-level sports team.
