重庆"坝坝舞"开展现状与发展对策思考

采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法对重庆主城区部分社区的"坝坝舞"活动现状进行了研究,结果表明:参与"坝坝舞"的人群多以中、老年女性为主;人们参与"坝坝舞"的动机呈现出多元化特征;参与方式以个人锻炼、与朋友同事或家人一起锻炼为主;指导人员多由业余参与者担任;活动经费主要源于群众自筹.提出了加强体育职能部门的管理职责、加强不同锻炼点之间的交流、规范指导人员培训等建议.

Current Condition and Development Countermeasures of Baba-dance in Chongqing
