| 摘 要： | 麻花钻钻心部分的几何参数,是决定钻头切削性能的关健因素。本文通过对XXZ-1钻头钻心部分的前、后刀面、内刃及横刃的分析,给出了它们的方程及横刃主要角度的计算公式等。为机械刃磨XXZ-1钻头钻心部分提供了数学模型,以便优化钻心部分的几何参数,进一步提高钻头的切削性能。

| Abstract: | The geometry in the web of a twist drill is the key factor determining the cutting performances of the drill. By analysing the rake, flank, inner cutting edge and chisel,this paper presents their equations and the formulas for computing the main angles of the chisel. It also provides the mathematical models for grinding the drills with machine and for theoretical analysis, so as to optimize the geometry of the web and further improve the cutting performances of the drills. |
