| Abstract: | From aspects of the general circulation background, influence system, and physical quantity field, etc., this paper makes comprehensive analysis on the snowing weather from January 11to 22, 2008 in Luliang City, and puts forward the general circulation background being propitious to produce the snowing weather and the focal points of forecasting the similar weather. |
