| 摘 要： | 厦门作为华南近代重要的港口商业城市,在近代城市改造与发展过程中出现了一系列的新区拓展规划.通过对这些规划产生的历史背景与规划特点的研究,分析近代社会经济环境、西方近代城市规划理论、早期城市建设经验对厦门近代城市发展的影响,探讨近代沿海港口商业城市的发展规律及其对当前城市建设的意义.

| Abstract: | As a commercial coastal city in south of china,new district development planning are executed in modern times in Xiamen.The essay research into the background and characteristic of new coastal district in Xiamen,to analyze social economic environment,western modern planning theory and city construct experience have influenced on new district development,to probe into its meaning for city development. |
