| 摘 要： | 在三轴加工中心的21项几何误差参数测量和辨识基础上，借助激光双频干涉仪、高精度电动测微仪以及Renishaw公司的回转精度测量仪测定综合回转误差，并对其进行了具体分析和辨识，辨识结果表明，本方法解决了以前无法测量和分析辨识回转误差的难题，有一定理论和使用价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the identification of 21 geometric error parameters of 3 axis machining center,the errors of rotation coordinate of 4 axis machining center are inspected and identified by using the laser interferometer,micrometer and the Renishaw rotary measuring system.The result shows that the method solves the measurement and analysis of the rotation errors.It has the theoretical and practical significance. |
