| Abstract: | In this paper, combining practice, the author expounded the relationship between strengthening technology management and realizing safety in production of coal mine, and put forward that technology management is precondition and assurance of realizing safety in production of coal mine, including vigorously training technological talents, taking various incentives policies, arousing the enthusiasm and creativeness of general technological talents. |
