离心叶轮轴面液流过水断面面积解析

摘    要:在传统的叶轮轴面投影图设计方法中,通常是以生成轴面液流过水断面形成线的等腰三角形的重心代替形成线的重心,因而只能得到过水面积的近似解。笔者以线积分和重心定理为依据,通过数学分析,导出了形成线重心的准确位置,保证了断面面积的精确性。这一结果将有助于提高叶轮设计质量及其水力性能。

Abstract:In traditional design process,as the centroid of an isosceles triangle that is the base to form a specific cross section is used as the center of gravity of the generatrix of cross section on the meridional plane,only approximate solution to the area of the section is obtained.On the basis of line integration and centroid theorem,this paper derived the precise location to the cross section on meridional plane,thus obtaining precise solution of the area.The results presented in the paper will be benefical in...
