| 摘 要： | 通过对浙江部分城市的调研，建立民间资本与科技成果转化和产业化之间的对接机制需要建立科技成果信息服务平台，加大对中试（小试）环节的投入和科技中介服务体系建设力度，加强科技成果转化示范，对民间资本家的科技知识教育，并以“促进科技和金融结合试点”工作为载体，推动民间资本参与科技成果转化的创新模式。

| Abstract: | Through researching part of the Zhejiang city＇ s, the authors put forward that establishment of private capital and transformation of science, technology achievements and industrialization of the docking mechanism need to build information service platform of scientific and technological achievements, increasing pilot （small scale） part of the investment and technology intermediary service system, building and strengthening scientific and technological achievements into demonstration, sci- entific and technical knowledge of private capitalists education, and taking ＂promoting the combined technology and finance pilot＂ work as carrier, which promote innovation model of private capital inputting transformation of science and technology achievements. |
