| 摘 要： | 在明确了现代宣居生态城市的标准和内涵的基础上。分析了晋中市发展生态宜居城市具有的条件和面对的挑战。如何趋利避害，更好地实现晋中市向现代宜居生态市转变，提出了“实施三大战略、优化三大布局、推进五大工程”的政策建议。

Aiming at how to realize ecological livable city, the author put forward suggestions of ＂Implementing 3 strategies, optimization 3 layout and improving 5 engineering＂. |
