摘    要:介绍了废砂浆研究前景及国内外背景,阐述了基于单晶硅线切割废砂浆的回收利用方法,开创性的使用物理分离的方法从单晶硅线切割产生的废砂浆中提取有用成分,避免了传统的化学分离导致的成本高和污染重的弊端.达到节能、降耗、环保、高效的要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the author introduced prospect and background of waste mortar at home and abroad, and expounded method of recycling cutting waste mortar based on single crystal silicon. Through using methods of physical separation, and extracting useful composition from cutting fluids, the author avoided disadvantages of high cost and serious pollution, which meted requirements of energy conservation, environment protection and highly active.
