| 摘 要： | 随着计算机的应用和普及，在办公室管理中，计算机的应用也日渐普遍。从办公自动化概念入手，简要叙述了办公自动化在办公室管理中的应用过程和要点，并结合具体工作，简要分析了办公自动化软件的应用，以期为办公室管理工作的发展和创新提出建议和帮助。

In this paper, from concept of office automation, the author briefly expounded application process and main points of office automation. Combining specific works, the author briefly analyzed application of software of office automation in or- der to nut forward suggestions for developmet and innovation of office management. |
