钢纤维混凝土韧度计算方法的探讨

摘    要:为了从理论上研究钢纤维混凝土的阻裂和增韧性能,以钢纤维混凝土应力应变曲线包围下的面积定义材料韧度,基于钢纤维混凝土兼有阻裂作用的复合理论下建立的损伤本构方程,推导了钢纤维混凝土韧度理论计算公式,并详细讨论了公式中有关参数的确定.选取了C40混凝土和端钩形钢板切削钢纤维进行了计算,给出了典型条件下,相应的钢纤维混凝土韧度与钢纤维掺量间关系的定量表达式,初步建立了一种钢纤维混凝土韧度的理论评价方法.

Abstract:In order to study the ability of crack arrest and toughness enhance of SFRC in theory, with the surrounded area of the stress-strain curve to define toughness of the material, and the damage constitutive equation founded under the composite theory of SFRC with action of crack arrest as the basis, the equation on toughness calculation of SFRC was derived theoretically, and the choosing of the parameters was discussed particularly. The C40 concrete and the steel cutting fiber with the enlarged end were chosen for cal- culation, thus a corresponding quantitative expression between toughness and steel fiber content of SFRC under the typical condition was given. A kind of evaluating method on toughness of SFRC is primarily founded as well.
